1. How should I proceed to watch the event by streaming?
You may insert the barcode in this link bol.pt/liveand press “Enter”. Entry validation will be displayed. By pressing "Go" the live stream starts.
2. Is it possible to view the event in full screen?
Yes, in some older devices you need to activate the fullscreen manually. Click Fullscreen (fullscreen) in the lower right corner.
3. The event is stopped on my screen?
On some older devices “autoplay” is not possible. You should click play (play) in the lower left corner to start streaming .
4. I can hear sound but the image is still. What should I do?
Please click Fullscreen Fullscreen or Press F1 (if you use a PC) or Pause Pause and next click Play Play.
5. I did not receive my ticket with the access code. What should I do?
Only after a successful payment will the tickets be sent to your email. Please check if the email landed in the Spam folder. Add @bol.pt domain to your safe list to guarantee that you receive all our communications. You should check for free space in your email account (approximately 1Mb for each ticket/card). You may also check your tickets in the Mobile App "BOL Tickets" available at Google Play and Apple Store or at bol.pt from the client area in the purchases option. In case you can not find your ticket please send an email to [email protected].
6. Does my barcode allow more than one use?
No. Each access code allows one use for IP/device. You may enter several times in the same device during the event stream.
7. My IP address has changed and I can't see the event. What should I do?
If your IP changes you may still watch the event as long as you access it from the same device where you last accessed.
8. How can I interact with the Artists through Chat?
You can activate the chat windows by pressing the button in the upper right corner of the streaming screen. Performers will have a dedicated TV where they can follow fan comments.
9. Até quando posso visualizar um Evento Gravado?
Poderá entrar no evento gravado até ao limite indicado no seu bilhete ou na página de informações do evento. Após a entrada, a visualização estará limitada ao tempo da duração do vídeo gravado com uma tolerância. O tempo limite de visualização será indicado à entrada do evento.
10. Can I pause the video to watch later or rewind to view again?
In live events none of these commands are possible. In previously recorded events you will be able to.
11. Can I test my device before attending the event?
Absolutely. We advise you to test your device a few days before to guarantee the best possible experience of the event. Click bol.pt/live and enter you ticket barcode. You will see that entering the virtual room is still not possible. By clicking "Test device" a sample video will play. On some older devices you might have to mannualy press Play(play) in the lower left corner to start streaming.
12. Is the Streaming system compatible with TV Screen Sharing?
There are no known issues related to technologies of Screen Mirroring / Smart View / Screen Share
13. Can I use the barcode on other device after entering the event?
Yes. You may change device if you connect from the same network/IP address however, streaming on the previous device will stop after a few seconds.
14. Can I use Mozilla Firefox to view the event?
Yes, however we do not recommend it. In some operating systems you will need to install Mozilla Firefox specific updates. For a better viewing experience we advise you to choose a different browser.
15. How far in advance can I access the online virtual room to watch the event?
You may access the streaming link 30 minutes prior to the start.
16. Which devices can I use to view the event?
You may use your Smartphone, Tablet, Computer, Smart TV, Playstation, Box TV, Stick TV or any other device that has a compatible browser to view the event.
All up to date main browsers and operating systems are compatible.
For safety, you should test the equipment previously.
17. Who is responsible for the content shown in streaming?
All event content is of the responsibility of the producer and performers. BOL only provides the online streaming platform.
